Thursday Doors – Green

I currently live in a very large city and I am very lucky to have a wide source for some of my silly notions. Today’s is green doors and I thought of the song after I collected these in just a short walk.

Thursday Doors – Ukraine

These are streets of Ukrainian Village, a neighborhood in Chicago that people from there settled into many years ago.

As you walk any of the streets the flags are everywhere and the ties to country are very real. The pride is obvious on the faces of the people here, along with the fear. I am grateful to be here at this historic moment. #thursdaydoors-ukranianvillageinchicago
